I noticed this a day or two ago, and I thought it was just a eye booger that would make it's way out. Now I am starting to get worried. My mini Rex buck has a white streak on his eye. It is only on one, and he isn't trying to close it or anything. However, he is now acting strange when I hold him like trying to get away. He doesn't seem to be in pain. We are quite far away from vets that treat bunnies, so if there is something wrong suggest a way to help treat it until I can make a appointment somewhere.

It’s quite a blurry photo but does look like it could be an ulcer. If it is getting smaller, you might be okay, if it gets bigger it is an emergency. There’s not a lot you can do for it at home other than make sure he doesn’t knock it and make that appointment with the vet asap.

I agree, that does look like it could be a corneal ulcer, from a scratch to the eye. If it's gotten infected it will most likely need to be treated with ophthalmic antibiotic eye drops/ointment. Until you are able to get to the vet, if you have a feed store or tractor supply near you that carries Terramycin ophthalmic ointment, that may help until you are able to get into see the vet. But I'm not a vet. This is just something I might do in a similar circumstance.

The only thing that would stop me putting any drops in without a vet seeing it first is that if the ulcer is very thick, it’s basically a hole in the eye and it can be dangerous to add any drops and risk the ulcer becoming full thickness and the eye popping. I would go straight to a vet.

Thank you guys! I think it is getting smaller, it looks to be healing. :) I will make an appointment with the vet though.
