@Juste is right.

Hay is 80% of a rabbits diet. S/he needs hay, to keep the gut moving. I would get a bale of hay from a farm if possible, and if not I would go get a bag of Oxbow hay from the pet store. If he is 6+ months, feed grass hay, if he is 6- months, feed alfalfa (I would mix grass hay in too). Carrots should be fed as an occasional treat. What brand pellets do you feed? What kinds of leafy greens do you feed? If s/he won't eat hay when you get it, I would sprinkle familiar (rabbit safe) herbs. If s/he has not had any herbs yet, I would sprinkle in his pellets. Does s/he get any free roaming time?

Ues he gets alot of roaming time
I feel the hay and pellets is the issue i hope
It would help to have this info to help more:
How much free roaming time? Like 3 hours, 30 minutes, etc.
What brand and line of pellets are they? Ex. Oxbow Garden Select Pellets
How old is s/he?
I hope someone can help!

I am very new ...so idk what kinds of anything to get...i know petsmart is maybe a choice i have
If you go to Pet Smart, I would get a bag of Oxbow timothy or any other grass hay. (Unless s/he is a baby, then get alfalfa) It's the best type of hay I know of at Pet Smart.

How old is the rabbit? Young rabbits should be fed what they are already used to. Introducing new stuff can cause problems. Since just veggies and pellets are not a suitable diet I guess that the veggies are new to it. Veggies are a nice addition later on, at 3-4 months, to round off a diverse and healthy diet. But rabbits need a lot of fiber for their digestion to work properly (and to wear their ever growing teeth down, but that's a long term issue). Vegetables and lettuce were created for human needs - we can't digest the fiber rabbits need.

Right now I would get grass hay (any one is ok, but he might like one variety better than others) and make sure he has access to it 24/7. It is the most easy to digest stuff, doesn't cause problems like other stuff.
A small amount of pellets is ok when he's used to it and it is at least of decent quality ( no muesli mixes or colourful sugary stuff), alfalfa isn't necessary. And I would cut back veggies to fingernail sized bits as treats, no sugary things like carrots or fruit for now.

When you fed mostly veggies it's no wonder that he doesn't drink much, lettuce is nutrationally pretty much just shaped water. Anyway, most rabbits drink easier from a bowl than from a bottle, if you use a bottle now I would add a bowl.

When you gave him the bowl, did he start drinking right away? Are you using tap water? Is your rabbit indoors or outdoors? Is he trying to eat hay and pellets too or just veggies? If just veggies, how many cups a day is he eating?

Some bunnies are more used to drinking from a bowl instead of a bottle, but they do adjust. I have used both for my bunnies. As everyone says hay is supposed to be the main source of the bunnies diet. They should only get about 1/4th cup of pellets a day. I would hold off on the carrots for a while. Carrots are like a dessert to rabbits because of the sugar content. What kind of lettuce are you feeding him? She also gets some water from the veggies that you feed her.
