Can I use box filling as bedding?

So me and my family bough this thing called Hello Fresh. It's a company that guves you the recipe and the ingredients. It has this type of insulation that is made out of Cotten and plant fibers. Could I use this for bedding? I don't want my bunnies to get hurt. Thanks so if and when somebody responds.
