Bunny's stomach a little stiff after changing pellets?

In my previous thread i asked if my bun's new pellets are safe. Turns out that two days after, hence today, i noticed him loafing and decided to check his stomach. It was a little stiff and grumbly, but he has been eating hay, gulping down water and pooping like usual. I also banned mom from giving him carrots, beet peels and other stuff-no treats for him these past few days. He's been a bit adventurous too. Parents are not concerned at all.
And since this has never happened to me before, i cannot differntiate painful loafings from normal ones. I'll add a picture, it might be of assistance.

If he's eating, drinking, pooping and peeing normally, I wouldn't worry too much .

Did you make the switch gradually? If you didn't because you didn't have enough old pellets for that, it's still prudent to start with a reduced ration of the new pellets (maybe 1/4 of his normal amount, gradually increased over a week or two). If you're worried, just cut back on the new pellets for now and then slowly work back up to a full serving to give him time to adjust.

I still have some old pellets left over so i mixed in about a third of the new ones-he gave no reaction to the mix at first-had to munch on them newer ones longer but otherwise fine, today he had been grooming and ithching and jumping and climbing a heck lot, but also loafing like crazy. I thought i should be alarmed as this reaction is usually not considered normal.

Might his stomach just be a bit fussy since the progression might've been too sudden?

How should i fix his stomach issue?
How do i know it's not bloat or GI stasis?

If he had a tummy ache, he wouldn't be eating normally. If it makes you feel better, you can give him some simethicone (baby gas drops). Super safe and harmless even if given unnecessarily... and if he is a little gassy from the new pellets, it'll help that pass. In other words, either it helps or it does nothing, making it a great first step in addressing potential tummy woes.

Well, since our pharmacies don't sell the exact simeticone, i'm not gonna risk it by giving him some other gas drops when i've been assured that if nothing goes more wrong, it'll pass by itself. Thanks for the advice though!

Simethicone isn't a brand, by the way - it's the active ingredient. If it's a liquid marketed as gas treatment for infants, chances are when you flip the box over to read what's in it, it'll say simethicone. It's a good staple to keep in a "bunny first aid" kit.

That said, your bunny does sound fine so as long as there are no further symptoms, you can just give him a kiss on the nose and go about your day .

So i've been monitoring him and things haven't changed much since then, one day it was softer and then the next day it was back to being stiff and puffy, he's been hunching a little and misplacing his poops a lot, he also scratches his ear(mainly right one) non-stop. Mom and dad are still not worried, and i still haven't gotten into contact with any appropriate vets yet.
I need help...

He is still eating hay, though, not as much, but his poop still seems to be what is considered normal. Well, kind of? Here's pictures.

Just to let you know though, some of them might have that weird flattened shape because he had most likely stomped on them.

Dad says he'll have a go at the vets when his car gets fixed, but that's taken long enough and it seems there's still much time until tast happens. Is there any way i can prevent/help heal his scratched ears?

Keep it clean and wash it with saline solution ^^

But what of he just has waxy ears? How should i clean them then?
