Bunny not eating Cecotropes?

Hey everyone,
So my rabbit seems to not be feeling very well today and I’m not sure how worried I should be. She’s been very lazy today (hiding and not super active), but she has eaten a bit of pellets, but not her usual amount of hay or romaine. However, she’s still pooping. She just pooped quite a bit, but I notice two cecotropes untouched. I’ve never seen these before! They seem normal in size/ consistency (not runny or overly squishy). I know that this can sometimes mean they don’t feel the need to eat them because they’ve received too many nutrients, so to cut back on greens and pellets. However, I’m nervous about her not moving around much and not really touching her hay? Has anyone else dealt with something similar? I should also note that her stomach feels normal and she’s not grinding her teeth, she just wants to lay down and not do much.

It could be a bit of an upset stomach. If she isn't back to normal and eating well by morning I would take her to be seen by an experienced rabbit vet. Or if she's declined and is much worse tonight I would try and get her to an emergency vet that has experience with rabbits.

Is she in a hunched position? it might be gas if so. Check if her tummy is bloated.

Another thing could be dental problems. If they like to eat pellets or treats more than hay, then its usually dental issues. So you might want to have a vet checkup for this.

as for the stray cecals, she could be producing too much, this is usually due to the pellets. I'm not familiar with all the pellets available there but what's her pellets?

She’s kind of hunched, she’s been in a sort of “bunny loaf” so she’s more laying down. This isn’t an unusual position for her though? But usually if I nudge her she moves about, and she isn’t really. I’ve been periodically checking her tummy and it feels normal, it doesn’t feel hard or perturbed at all.
The pellets I give are Oxbow garden select adult rabbit food. She’s usually really good about eating her hay, more than anything else. She did have some pointed teeth that got filed down in June, so it is possible they could be coming back? I take her in monthly to get them checked and 4 weeks ago the vet told me they looked really good, but I suppose it could be possible they’re starting to over grow again.

Thank you for the vet list!! I do have a great vet for her, but I’ll have to check if there is an emergency vet in my area that specializes in rabbits.

I went out and bought fresh hay and she’s been picking at it the last few hours, but isn’t going to town on it like she usually does. At least she’s getting something in her tummy though. I’ll keep an eye on her throughout the night and call the vet first thing if need be. I’m hoping it’s just some gas like you said. Thank you for replying ) it always makes me feel better getting other people’s insights/opinions
