Bunny is unwell , what to do ?

Hey everyone its my first time posting here. My boyfriend has a cute bunny but she is unwell. He is in peru right now and there are no near vets. Right now she is well but randomly starts kicking a lot and wanting to jump but when she does she falls and can't get up. She has a small wound on her paws but whats worrying is that how she randomly jumps. Like involuntary, like shock ? When she does her breathing goes fast. At times she spasm and twitches. She cant sit or stand still either. I apologize for the bad explanation. Thank you for taking your time reading and helping

Maybe it sounds like she is trying to binky but her paw is hurting her. But then also sounds like a seizure. But it's really hard to tell without you actually being there. Is there any way he can send a video to post on here?

Yes, could you maybe post a short video of it? You'll need to first upload it to youtube or other similar video hosting site, then post the link here. It sounds like there is some sort of neurological issue going on, possibly seizures, so you really need to find an experienced rabbit vet to take the rabbit to right away.
