Bunny bald spot!!!

Hey everyone, so my bunny has this bald spot really close to her nose, you can see some blood, could it be just some extreme grooming?

Does she have contact with other rabbits? My Lawrence will turn up with bald spots on his nose from time to time, and its literally from sticking his nose where it doesn't belong. Namely, in his brother's (his un-bonded roommate) cage.
