This is my first post in this section (I think). Bobby isn't my rabbit. He was one of Coco's second litter a friend of mine took. They looked after him well, built them a fabulous hutch and he was a well loved pet. I often wondered why I hadn't kept him myself as he didn't look all that dissimilar to my Benny.
Bobby had a lot of freedom in my friend's garden. I understood he had the run of the garden for most of the time and the family dog never bothered with him. But it appears the garden wasn't properly protected against other dogs. Bobby was killed by a neighbour's dog. I feel really sad as he was the only baby from that litter I still had contact too. I hope he died quickly and didn't suffer too much pain in fear. Rest in peace Bobby. You'll be joining your sister Pips who died at around ten weeks.

Oh no! :( I'm so sorry about Bobby. I hope too that he didn't suffer.
I feel really sorry for you, and your friend as well. That's a terrible way to lose a loved pet.

Thats awful :( I'm sorry

RIP Bobby, binky free with Pip :( x

we are really sorry to hear that a loved member has passed. Unfortunately, no matter how we try to safeguard our babies, things happen. We lost our tortoise "Snoopy" the same way. A dog broke through a fence we thought was adequate, and injured her so bad the vet staff had to put her down. I really wanted to do the same to the dog, but you can't blame the dog for being a dog. Rest in Peace little fur baby.

I'm very sad to read about Bobby's untimely passing... I'm sure it was swift.
