I need help again. Lydia has a bald spot on her side about the size of 2 quarters or so. We went on vacation last week and Lydia went to Grammas house. Gramma lives about an hour away (lydia's not used to car rides) and we had to take a much smaller cage for her. When we returned there was the bald spot. Gramma said she did not notice hair in the cage but I am assuming Lydia pulled it out. Is this due to stress or do I need to take her to the vet? Not many bunny vets around where we live and the one who came highly recommended is the guy who gave me the bad feeding advice and almost starved her. Please help!!

It could be stress, but it could also be from mites. Fur mites are too small to see with the naked eye. Even a vet who's not very good could probably treat mites, it's just a matter of giving the right dosage. They usually prescribe Ivermectin. If you want to try treating her at home, you can try kitten flea powder that contains carboryl or Revolution.
