They should flop before they’re 12 weeks but it’s possible they could have helicopter ears (half up, half down).

Yes, like Apollo's Slave said they should flop by 12 weeks. Are you sure its a purebred lop too? I have a Lionhead Holland Lop mix that looks exactly like yours (not that that means yours is a mix ).

Hi she definitely is a pure holland, I have her pedigree and my friend bred her, she only has hollands. I think it's because she's a true dwarf
