This is so sad!! How is a rabbit any different than loving a dog or a cat? I'm sorry to hear that so many of you have been made fun of simply because you share some love with an animal. The world needs more loving people and it's not something that should be seen as silly.

The people I work with ask about my bunnies and think they're cute (how could you not??). My family thinks we went a little overboard on the NIC cages (ok, maybe they have a point there!) but they love hearing about the buns and seeing pictures. I hope you all can convince at least some of these people that bunnies are little furballs of love and awesome!

Aww... One thing for sure, you are not a freak. We, the bunny lovers, we have each other. My uncles are also making fun of my rabbits, saying "rabbit stew tonight?" to me. But it's okay for them to say things like that. As long as my bunnies are still with me.

Wow, that stinks. I know how that goes, I always have pets and I kinda obsess over them, I just want them to be as happy as possible and they make me happy in return. But yeah, I used to get weird looks and everything when I talked about my rats so I just stopped, but most people think my rabbit is cute. Some think it's pretty weird that I keep her inside and everything because they're used more as livestock than pets where I live...

Yes. I have 4 rats as well and one im babysitting and I love them too! Lol.
