Can someone tell me how often you give rabbits working drops?

Do you mean a dewormer? If so, then never... not unless there is evidence of a need for it.

Ok thank you, how do you know if there is worms?

Also my young male bunny has started following me in 5he morning and then trying to bite my feet
Then if I try oat him if pick a poop up he tries to bite my hand, he's become very naughty, would you know why?

Pin worms which are common are usually found in droppings, they are quite obvious. If you can't see worms and there are no signs your rabbit is ill, do not worm them. In fact, only worm on vet's advice.

That's about the right time. Hormones can affect different rabbits to different degrees. Hormones can cause grumpiness, aggression, forgetting of litter habits, lunging, biting, and even spraying of urine. Thankfully neutering can greatly minimize (or eliminate) those behaviors. If one waits too long before neutering, those behaviors can become ingrained.
