Malocclusion / wolf teeth in my ND (photo taken when he was 4 mths old):

His teeth are more out of whack now (photo taken recently, at 8mths old). 1 upper incisor and 1 lower incisor are growing at a much slower rate, that's why the photo only shows 1 incisor growing from each jaw:
