I stalked this forum for a while before adopting my buns, but I didn't expect the licking for affection thing! That was a cute and pleasant suprise! I'm still learning a few things here and there, but that is my favorite.

My hoomin named me Eliza Lucille Roland, but my mummy just calls me 'Liza most of the time. My future husband bun is named Isaac. I don't know what I think about him yet.. Mummy and daddy just kept that name because that's what his last hoomins called him.

I'm a receptionist for an FBO at the airport, which is basically a gas station attendant for airplanes. Plus, a wife and mom. (another full-time job, if you ask me);)

Thanks for the advice! That's what I thought too, but the vet put doubt in my mind. I made an appointment for her spaying at another vet today. I think that will be the best thing for her and our new bun.

A few months ago I called my vet to see about getting Eliza spayed because I had heard about uterine cancer and behavioral issues with unspayed rabbits. They told me that I did not need to spay her and that they even recommended I didn't, saying that her female parts aren't even active because...

Last night was their first night to free roam the bedrooms (separate bedrooms, as they are not yet bonded.) I got up early this morning to check on how they were doing and they seemed to be enjoying themselves. Replaced their water and food, and petted them goodbye before I headed off to work.

Right now, I'd have to guess shes around 3 lbs? She's only about 4 months old so I suppose she will grow more. Her hair isn't curly, but it is a little long and wirey (fuzy feeling as opposed to smoothe.) It's all the same length though. I can't tell if her fur has light grey-ish hues to it or...

From what I've gathered by what people have said, the more you handle your bun, the more comfortable they get with you (over time of course.) The thing is, she doesn't exactly like to be petted or get picked up at all.. I've only had her for a few days, so I don't expect her to be all cuddly or...
