You cannot cut the hair. That is altering the appearance of the rabbit. It would be noticable and the rabbit would be DQ'ed from competition. BRIS... you mean RIS? Like reserve in show? I don't think they give that as an award officially...so that would mean no leg. BOB would get one if there...
