Thank you JBun, I appreciate the advice! I like your system for feeding pellets to young rabbits so I'm going to start that tomorrow. I think it'll work out great giving them just enough pellets to last while I'm at work, then hay until bed time (right around the 4 hour mark) then more pellets...

As anticipated, Butterscotch is munching on the Stall Pro Pine Pellets in her litter box. They are covered with hay but she digs down to the bottom of her litter box to access the pellets. I can't tell if she's consuming them but she is definitely munching on them. Is there any safety concern...

I love your set up! I especially like the table and trash cans you have inside their area because it looks like it makes cleaning up after them and serving them meals really easy.

How did your bunny do during this heat wave? Yesterday was miserable where I live. It was 95 degrees and so humid it felt like walking through hot soup. I was thinking about your fuzzy bun, hoping he was comfortable. Did you bring him inside or did he stay outside?

If he were my bunny I would just take him to the vet for a wellness checkup, which is probably not a bad idea for a new bunny anyway, and see what the vet says.
