Bringing a bunny outdoors inside a front backpack?

Please leave your bunny inside in a bunny proof room or a large enclosure with lots of enrichment. They certainly do not need to be taken out of their familiar environment other than for vet trips. In fact they can get so stressed it can make them very ill. There is no need to take them outside...

Thank you for saving these poor souls!

    Feeding

They don't look underweight, you are supposed to be able to feel their vertebrae. Do not try to fatten them. Try different types of grass hay and reduce the pellets.

Excess cecotropes? 4 month old Holland Lop

Well done! As she is eating lots of hay and not losing weight I would keep her on the small amount of pellets.

Excess cecotropes? 4 month old Holland Lop

She shouldn't lose weight if she has constant access to a variety of fresh grass hay. It could be the particular brand of pellets too, yes, but I would cut way down first and see whether that works rather than changing pellets again. You may need to be patient, these things don't usually resolve...

    Hard lump on bunnies mouth

@JBun could it be Shope papilloma virus? Needs surgical removal?

Excess cecotropes? 4 month old Holland Lop

I would definitely cut down pellets to no more than 1 tbsp a day especially as she's a good hay eater.

    Slight interest in Breeding

Please don't breed, especially not rabbits like angora rabbits who are very likely to suffer as very few people will have the time and patience to look after them properly.

Rabbit biting and lifting run bars

Biting bars can cause dental problems. Your best bet is to bunny proof the room and get rid of the cage. You can block access to wires with furniture or use wire covers.

    Rabbit Dental Problem

You really don't have any choice. Dental problems cannot be ignored. Your bunny would stop eating eventually. Burring teeth is quite a routine operation and they are not under anaesthesia for very long at all. Hope all goes well.

    Green onion

She wouldn't get sick, don't worry, at worst she might not eat the cilantro if she smells the onion.

    Getting rabbits fixed

Sorry, but this is really bad information. Of course I have been to vets recently. Do you live in London? Go to the Beaumont hospital in Camden. Several great rabbit vets there. And no, it's nowhere near £1,000.

    Getting rabbits fixed

What? There are many good rabbit vets in the UK. See Rabbit Friendly Vet List The risk is extremely low, of the order of 0.1% if you go to a rabbit vet. The cost is not anywhere near £1,000.

    Worms in bunny fresh poop?

Separate them now until 8 weeks after the last one has been neutered.

    Litter training is going nowhere!

Sadly, yes. Never separate bonded bunnies.

    Rabbit poops

That’s good news. Please don’t breed. Get her spayed.

    Rabbit poops

Ignore the feeding recommendations on the packaging. Rabbit vets recommend far less. Do you use Burgess Excel? Some bunnies have excess caecotrophes on that. Could try switching to Science Selective perhaps but reducing pellets may be enough.

    Outdoor housing and stoats.

It sure could, especially if bunnies are in a small space with nowhere to hide.

    Rabbit poops

Try cutting pellets down to 1 tbsp a day. Diet is probably too rich.
