Its not just the volume, more just the overall 'shoutyness' of it all, but I've noticed that on lots of American shows, so maybe they are all inclined to be a bit more 'in-your-face' than ours!

Haha, maybe I am! No, I just think american TV is more 'over the top' anyway, with things like all the laugh tracks and stuff. But hey, I'm not bashing al american TV.. I love some of it!

Oh God, she is truly doing my head in, although her husband seems open-minded. I understand not everyone agrees with being gay, but you should let your children decide themselves. That little girl looked so shocked that she'd never even heard of being gay.

EDIT: Changed my mind. That husband is a twit - you can't just say 'no' to the rule changes. If you are going to go on the show then don't expect to like the rule changes.

Yeah thats the whole point - you live by your rules for a while then to try and improve the new wife says their rules and you follow them to try them out!

It's the same every week! The 'wife' plays by the rules and puts up with them for 5 days, but then as soon as they change things around, the husbands always throw a paddy! :X

It's the way she refers to it as 'gay problems' as well- they don't have a problem, you do!! :grumpy:
