My rabbit has a blue kinda white color in the center of his eye it just started does any one know what this could be?

A picture would help. Are you referring to a change in color that appears to be in the pupil or on the corneal surface of the eye?

Pam

thank you it is in the pupil I am going to take him (Clark) to the vet on Monday the breeder gave me the name of one close to me

Hi!

Here are some pics of cataract in bunnies:

Here are corneal ulcers:

Corneal occlusion (probably not it, also WARNING gross pics of surgery):

Corneal lipidosis:

Make sure the vet doesn't give Clark an eye drop that contains steroids (compounds that end in -isol) without doing a test for a corneal ulcer. They can put a dye in the eye to check for an ulcer, which is basically a scratch. Steroids in an ulcerated eye can make the scratch not heal, and in fact may make it worse.

This is my Cassidy...he's totally blind.
