Hello.

Well every once in a while Phinn and maybe Cleo has a few white coated poops.

I dont know what it is...

Does anyone know? I think it may be too much calcium?

Thanks!

Are they in the litter box? My guys get that when they pee over their poop. Since there is calcium in the pee, it dries on white on the poops.

I'm not saying that that's what it is, but that's what happens to my guys here and they're fine and healthy. As long as the poops are normal looking and not runny, I'd say you're ok.

Are they chewing on any calcium/mineral toys? If so, I'd take them away just to be on the safe side.

Keep an eye on the urine output to make sure it's not too thick and 'sludge' like. Bunnies can handle the calcium as long as they don't have the sludge problem.

I'd check the calcium content in your pellets as well, it may be high. Also, some greens like Collards (I think) and especially Mustard Greens have very high calcium content.

Probably not a problem, tho. :)

Good point about urine sludge Sas! Definitely keep an eye on them for a few days, but I don't think this is anything critical. BTW, Kale is alsovery high in calcium so I would avoid any greens like that forthe time being.

Wow, thata what they've been having for the last couple days!

They love it so much though. I hope im not giving them too much... probobly about 2 big leafs of it for them to share a day :?
