When did you "feel" your age?

Sometimes, I feel really old. I'm only 21. I have a bum back, and sometimes a bum knee. No amount of stretching or exercise helps them. My knee always seems to go out while walking up the six-seven stairs that lead up to our floor in the apartment building. Also, I had a somewhat serious childhood, so I had to grow up a little faster. Leaving my parent's house when I was 19 (kind of forced out by my dad) also made me grow up in a hurry. I still want to be fun and everything, but it's harder to do lately. I've been unemployed for awhile now, so that might just be me sulking. Yeah...

On another note, my mum is 54, and our roommate's parents are 55 and 60. They say that they still feel like they are in their 20's, minus their aches and pains. They are more fun to hang out with than people my age. It's weird.

Age to me has always been a state of mind; always will be. :biggrin2:

Totally agree!! My 80 yr old Grandma is very young in spirit, she still does everything she wants to, decided to paint her bedroom bright pink, and just recently bought herself a fun new car, and leads a busier life than I do! Lol. Age is only a number!

The bunnies will likely keep me young for life! Or give me premature grey hairs... one or the other, LOL. :biggrin2:

I'm now 50, and honestly I feel more like 25-30.

It seems like there is a trend. :D
