Who is everyones favourite band/singer?

I have so many favourite bands/singers. The main two being cerys matthews and catatonia.I have seen cerys play in concert three times and have met her once. :inlove:

Lately i have really got into cold play and david grey. My fave songs byDavid Greyare babylon, because it reminds me of dad and when things were 'normal' and Nos da Cariad (translates to good night love) because it's one of mine a pebble's songs! :)I also like damien rice, red hot chili peppers andkings of leon (their new album is amazing!) My fave daimen rice songs are... Dogs, Rootless tree (fab when your angry) and cannon ball (that song reminds me of dad to. HE sings it alot with his guitar)

I love the bands Melys and Ooberman. I dont know if anybody has heard of Melys on here, not many people have. :?But they are a little welsh band, they are fab! The lyrics they sing mean alot. Ooberman sing really jolly songs and always cheer me up :D

Oh geez, there's too many! :D
Generally speaking I love Rock, Alternative, Country and Pop. I also enjoy the occasional classical music.

I just got David Cook's album and it gets two big thumbs up from me! This is my second time listening to it today without skipping any songs.

Well... had you asked me this 8 months ago before I went crazy aninto a semi feral derby girl swigging Jagerbombs and piercing appendages, you would have gotten quite a different answer..

But as is.. NOW.. your gonna get alot of bands we skate to.. as well as stuff that's on my IPOD that I skate to on my own time..

And because I am now singing with an Irish Rockabilly band and I can belt out Janis Joplin, I even got told I was channeling her.. I think I have every Joplin song EVER on there..ESPECIALLY Piece of my Heart..My specialty..

So that about sums me up..lol

Coldplay
Josh Groban
Nickleback
John Mellencamp
Collective Soul
Buckcherry
The Beatles
Glenn Miller Orchestra

Styx

My mind is in a funk right now...but there's tons of performers I love...

Tori Amos
Chris Isaak
Feist
U2
REM (their older stuff)
Jeff Buckley
Poi Dog Pondering
Jack Johnson
Squirrel Nut Zippers
Soul Coughing

Some Bjork, Sarah McLachlan, Ani DiFranco, Sting, and if I'm in a goofy mood, older B52's.

There's tons of other stuff on my Zune, but those are who I listen to mostly. I listen to Tori Amos more than anyone else, though.
