I have been introducing the rabbits again. Lastnight went great, apart from one little thing. I have filmed it and iwant you to tell me what it means. It use to happen alot ofthe time when i was first introducing them, but in the 20 minutes i hadthem out it only happened once. The rest of the time they spentgrooming each other, but when it came to Pepper (white one) groomingDottie she was a bit rough at it but Dottie didnt really mindmuch.

The film is a bit funny but it shouldnt be really:p Poor Dottie lol

I hope i am doing this right and that you can all see the video easily? If it doesnt work do you have any suggestions on how to send it? Thankz

Hi Linz

Love the video !!!

You have nothing to worry about. They are acting like normal rabbits. Accerting authority etc..

Looks like they are enjoying themselves.

Looks like Dottie was just doing a binkie butPepper didn't realize Dottie was doing it till she landed. If younotice, at the end, Pepper was grooming herself. Usually when rabbitsgroom themselves in each other's presence it means they're starting tobe comfortable with the other one. Looks like they're getting alongpretty well.

I thought Pepper went to bite Dottie, which madeDottie jump and skid across the floor lol. I also think whenDottie ran off she had her tail in the air. I am so glad weare getting progress and that this is goodbehaviour!I have another video too. Since puttingthis video on was so easy i will put the other one on this topicsometime this evening. Thankz again folks.

That's too sweet. It looks like when she licks him near his front legs he's ticklish and flinches away.

:)

Great videos!

Ok, following the topic...

I had them both together in the kitchen today. They were fine for awhile, but then we had fur flying from all directions about 3 times, and Pepper had bit Dotties ear which made it bleed. They were groomingeach other after that and it was all back to normal, before i evennoticed the ear. Why do they do this? All nice one minute, and the next they attack each other.

It all starts when Dottie circles Pepper with her tail held reallyhigh, ready to mount Pepper, but Pepper isnt having any ofit. Dottie is never giving up on being the toprabbit.

Is it cruel to carry on like this? as most fo the time Dottie ends up injured by these acts. Or will it get better during time?
