These babies are 7 weeks old today. What do you think of them type wise? I know their not posed the best but they were not in the mood today lol I bottle feed these babies from 3 days to 10 days then their mothers milk came in. They are all so cute. Im keeping one doe and both bucks are sold. The chocolate buck is going to live with my vet! lol None of their markings are too bad lol

This is the doe im keeping. I plan to show her.

You can't really evaluate the conformation of babies till about 8 weeks. Also I don't know much about dutch markings but from what I do know I see poor markings. from what I see the chocolate looks the best marked of the bunch.

I think the chocolate is the best marked, as well^^

I also enjoy the first doe, for some reason.

You betcha on the first doe! Her band looks incredible!
I really wish I could see her blaze though. All the other babies look like theirs are pretty good though.
They all looke like the have fair stops. On the first doe, just from what I can see, they look a little ragged, but that won't "stop" her much at a show. :)
The only type fault that I would be worried about at this point is her ears. But again, it's not a huge deal.

Dutch are a extremely hard breed to do because of all of that scrutiny that is placed on their markings. No one can be totally perfects, and for all they represent in their breed, these babies look great!
Best of luck at the shows!

Cute babies! Give them more time to develop before you make any decisions. Dutch develop later than most breeds I've noticed.

So far I see nice type. I do see long ears and long heads though. They may develop into those ears, this is why I say give them time. They markings are not too bad. One has a large drag on its neck. How are the undercuts and the stops?

the first doe and the chocolate buck isn't bad. the one like Pam said has a drag on it's neck. Definently would grow them out a little bit see what you have. I bought a blue buck from Paul (Massacusetts judge)and he matured into a much nicer senior buck than he was a junior buck when Paul had sold him.

It was Sharon.

How are the stops on the chocolate? The saddle looks like its place a little far forward. Is either front leg tied? How doe the undercut look? Do you have a face view?

I know that you had actually asked us to take a look at the type, but they aren't posed well enough to get a good indication. When inquiring about type, give multiple views of the rabbit. (side, front, rear, and top)
