Hi , i have an 8 week old rabbit and i don't really know what to feed her.
I've been feeding spinach , oats and rabbit pellets .
Aswell as carrot and apple as occaisional treats . ( one small piece of each a day )
Alfalfa pellets and grass , 1 cup a day .

Is that okay?

From where did you get her??
If you are not 100% sure that she was already eating greens, then stop feeding them immediately.

At 8 weeks of age, she should have unlimited hay primarily. Next is plain alfalfa pellets. Nothing else (except water of course).

At her age she should not have any carrot, not any apple, not any oats or spinach or greens.

Got from pet shop .

Ok , stop feeding greens .
She need hay ?
I didn't know that.
she will have no carrot or apple .

Just hay water and pellets , she get 1/2 cup of pellet.
And bread as treat , i forgot to mention .

Kits should not have any treats, but later when she get older around 6 months you can just give plain fruit or carrots as treats. But treats should be a small amount, bread aren’t good as a treat. Myself often use pellets as treats for my adult bunnies or dried fruit :)

No spinach. That is a "green" and will be introduced very slowly... maybe half of one leaf on one day.

Water bottle heard not good , only use water bowls heared

Myself buy it from the food store, just make sure it’s natural dried fruit with no added sugar but fresh or freeze dried work well. You can make your own dried fruit with the help of an oven.

I just like dried fruit because I can make the fruits into smaller pieces, so I can use it as a reward and myself can also eat the fruit. For example two thin slices of dried apple is one of the daily ratio for my holland lop, but I make the slices to smaller bits, so I can use it for positive reinforcement training ☺️

Japan store offer it ?

No spinach. No treats. No dried fruits.

Not until the rabbit is older, about 16 weeks, and then introduce everything very slowly.

Best thing would be to call the shop, and ask what the rabbit was fed until you got it. It can be fed what it is already used to all its life, but introducing new stuff now can cause problems.
Hay should be available at all times.

Don’t know if japan store have normal dried fruit without added sugar. I know philippines have dried pineapple, banana and papaya. Don’t know other fruits but that’s just because I’m from sweden. I have only been to trips where my relatives are in so far, so have not visit japan yet 😅

Just read that you have her for two weeks already - well, seems you were lucky and she has an iron stomach. If there weren't any problems I think you can continue feeding some of the stuff.
But spinach is not a good staple food, just a small part of a good diet. She needs unlimited hay. I would limit sugary treats like apple and carrots to 1-2 fingernail sized bits per day.

Dried fruit is very high in sugar, it is sweets with little else than sugar. It's not healthy because it's "natural". Sugar can cause real problems in a young rabbits digestion.
