What colour is this kit?

My rabbit who I believe is a mini lop had a litter 2 days ago. She had 7 healthy kits.

Another member of the forum helped me distinguish what colour the rest of the kits will be but was unsure of the one light kit that she had.

The mum is the lop in my profile photo who is black and white broken. And the dad is a black otter netherland dwarf.

We rehomed them from someone else so she was already pregnant so we are still learning.

Any help with figuring out this little ones colour would be great. Thanks in advance xx

Probably cream or greyish-ginger, your mum looks like mixed with dutch imo, I am not an expert though. What is her weight?

The baby looks like a torted otter. It might be a tortoise with some white markings that are just making it look like otter at this point.
Be careful when looking for resources online; the mother is a white ear, and that gene is a recent mutation, extremely rare outside of the UK (only a handful of rabbits in the US have it, and none in australia) so most the websites and resources only reference broken, vienna and dutch as the white spotting genes. She might have vienna as well but most of her white spotting is caused by the white ear gene

Not lilac. With those ears darkening up the way they are and a dark belly, I'd say Tortoiseshell instead of torted otter. (you can see some of the shading from orange to black on the head, classic of a baby tortoiseshell/tortoise)

Here's a picture of a tortoiseshell (left) and a lilac (right) about the same age as yours (although this tortoise does have brighter color than yours, but the shading is still there) for comparison

(tortoise and tortoiseshell are generally used interchangeably; the proper term for it in the UK is tortoiseshell, while in the US some breeds call it tortoise and some call it tortoiseshell)
