What is the difference between harliquin and magpie?

What color would you call his sister?

She’s a harlequin.
not really sure the difference but I’m pretty sure it’s the pattern. Some else with better knowledge of those varieties might be able to help better with that question

Sibling is a torted harlequin

Magpies are white + self color, japanese (aka just "harlequin") are orange + self color. The sister is a torted black harlequin, as she has tort shading in her orange sections
