It would be unlikely for a Dwarf Hotot or Blanc de Hotot mix to have eye bands (the rings around their eyes). Both of those breeds are marked breeds that require very select breeding to produce correct eye bands.
Broken patterns (spotted) are accepted in many of the ARBA-recognized breeds. Those coat patterns also include rings of color around the eyes. So those markings specifically could be from any number of breeds.
Coat color or pattern is not usually an identifying factor in rabbits because many breeds are recognized in a variety of colors and patterns. The best indicator is usually weight and body type, but the rabbits pictured don't have any features that stand out to me as one breed or another.
Netherland Dwarfs, Holland Lops, Polish, and Mini Rex are a few common, small breeds. Many pet rabbits may go back to something like that.
