What breed is my bunny?!

Hello!
I recently got a 7 week old bunny and he was said to be a mini lop, but his ears haven't lopped yet - either late one or a cross or a completely different breed!

if this Photo is no help i can put another one up!
But he's quite fluffly, and especially on the cheeks! and very adorable.

This one doesn't appear to be a Lionhead. Lionheads (especially double-maned Lionheads) have very long fur on their head and chest, a break near the shoulders, and then more long fur over the loin.

The rabbit pictured here appears to have short fur on its face and wool all over the body. Based on our American breeds, I would guess that this little guy is probably a Jersey Wooly type rabbit. However, I'm not sure if there is an equivalent in New Zealand.

He does look like a Jersey Wollie. I have one and it looks very similar. (the one on the left in my profile pick).
