I was told she was 2 months when I got her and she is a Netherland Dwarf but she does not look like one to me. She weighs 2lbs 12oz already. She would be 3 months now if they were correct on her age.

So what breed and how old do you think? I'm wondering how big she will really get!

ears look a little too big and wide to be a nethie... but thats my inexperienced guess.

regardless of breed she is a BEAUTIFUL rabbit. i adore the colour

Interesting color! She looks possibly red to me? In which case, she may very well be a Netherland Dwarf. Sometimes when you're working with rarer colors, the first few generations have undesirable show type and many are petted out. Who suggested that she might be an ND? A breeder?

She looks approx. 10-14 weeks to me.

doesn't look like a Nethie face or ears. Hard to say for sure when you don't know the genetic line. Very cut little bunny. When we rescued Beth, she was 15 ounces and is now 9 pounds, 6 ounces. When we got Nikki she was also 15 ounces and now is 3 pounds 8 ounces--you never know.

She my be part netherland dwarf, but she looks more like a mix to me. 3 months and 2 pounds 12 ounces, hmm. I would estimate that she shouldn't get over 5 pounds as an adult.

She is definitely a cutie.

I had wondered if she is a Thrianta too.

Same colour and same look. She must be a cross of something because she doesnt match anything I can find! I did find a few pics of ND that look identical to her.

Could it be that she is a false dwarf? This is my first bunny so I'm just learning about this stuff.
