Wow! They are BEAUTIFUL! (I've never seen a breed with those markings/coloring!)

Actually they look like what we in the US call Champange D'Argents. Champanges are born all black and get their silvery color in as they approach adulthood.

So gorgeous! I though as well they looked like Champagnes.

Oooooooooooooh that... Yep. Silver mentionned in the post... Ah ah it makes sense now. Lol. Cool, thanks! I was soooo curious.I have seen a lot of different bunnies here :expressionlessThe main breed found here is the teddy breed. I had never seen those. They are quite 'pouffy' to say the least :p

I don't know much abour Argente Bruns but don't they have a dark patch around their nose?

They are called Argente Bruns, I do believe. ;)

Noooooo. Argente Bruns would be chocolate based, and I'm sure has a chocoate silver rather than a silvery silver. Champagnes are black based, with the silvery silver aging color. Creme D'Argent would be orange based, and have creamy silver.

I'm pretty sure they follow the rest of their Argente silbings, which means the silvering just comes with age. If you saw a 3 year old senior, they'd be very, very lightly colored, and fairly uniform. A 6/8 month old would display the patchy markings. Even younger, and they just look silly. x3

Ahh you're right. At a quick glance they looked chocolate, but after looking at them again, they almost look blue based... ?

I'm finding this thread mighty interesting... lots of breed names popping up that I don't know of :p

I'll try to get teddy photos for you TC

They look much, much more like Champagnes than Argente Bleus. Plus I would assume that the blue ones are VERY, VERY rare, since I had never even heard of them until I researched the subject.

Heres some Champagne juniors and i would definately say that they are the same as the ones on the website.

They are absolutely gorgeous when babies but in my opinion (and without any offense intended to the buns or to anyone who likes them) they are quite silly looking when older :p
Look sort of like American Fuzzy Lops but AFLS dont have fuzzy heads.... very interesting.

Yeah, I've been trying to figure out if Americans have a different name for them :? They are soooo fluffy. There are 2 different kinds as well. :expressionless
