I would think it's something to watch, along with the signs of some sort of URI, like sneezing, discharge, but also the signs of dental problems like drooling, lack of appetite, wanting to eat, but can't. Also look out for eye problems too. Mine sometimes get it for no problematic reason, but I do think it is worth keeping an eye just in case, but hopefully it's nothing

Muffin always seems to have a bit of a wet nose. As long as it's clear, not runny, no other signs, etc, I don't worry about it.
