weird sore on fred's ear.

help!

I found this in fred's ear and at first i thought it was a wound. then i went to go feel it and pus came out! also, he keeps scratching at it.

any ideas? any suggestions?

(the white stuff is the pus or whatever is in there)

It's hard to tell from the picture, but if there's pus it might be an abscess. Maybe he scratched his ear and it got infected? Time for the vet!
