We just had some flooding. My power is back on after several days without any. We're no longer under a boil-order for our water and most of the area is working on assessing the damages.

I think FEMA and the national reserves are to be helping out. We've been declared a disaster area.

Today is sunny here and is about 47 degrees F. I went to a rabbit show yesterday in upstate New York and it was 23 degrees F when I got there. It also snowed the whole way there.

In New England, the weather changes very fast. We get hurricanes, nor'easters, an occassional tornado, and our fair share of snow. The lowest temperate this winter was -3 degrees F. That was the actual temperature, add in the wind and we had a wind chill factor of -40 degrees F! Our summers can get hot with temps reaching in the 100's. I wouldn't live anywhere else!

Though April shooooweeeers may come your waaaaay...

Yeh... That's what we've got. I so wish we'd have gotten the 26cm of snowneeded to break the record. *Sigh*

The weather in Kent, England has been very changeable for the past few weeks. We were having hail and snow showers in mid-March (end of winter, so plausible enough) then today it has been a Spring-like 17c, but on Sunday it's due to snow/hail again!
