School is closed today for me, at least I think. We have half days and my mom didn't wake me or my sister up. And there is at least 2 inches of unexpected snow on the ground! I don't think we have ever gotten snow here in March. I am in Rochester, Washington by the way.
Living here is pretty good because although you have pretty cold winters( 20F at the lowest usually) we hardly get any snow. The most we have had was like three years ago and it was like one foot. My sister and I actually were at our sisters house in Kent and we got snowed in because my dad wasn't able to come and get us so we had to stay for an extra day or two. The roads down here don't always get icy either but when they do it can get pretty bad. Yesterday just after it started snowing there was a crash at the end of our road. Not bad but I think that one of the cars involved will be totalled.
It rains a lot in WA as you may know so that does get annoying sometimes. Summers are rarely in the hundreds, mostly low 90s to high and low 80s. Spring is probably just like any other spring in other places, rain, frost , unexpected snow(rarely) and average temps. And then Fall, ahh, my favorite time of year. We get a lot of those perfect indian summers. Very colorful leaves on the tress. Rain of course but pretty warm during fall here.
