I want to build a newq cage that is to go in my room. I want one a little on the bigger side because i have 2 bunnies that are pretty big(mated pair).Im not sure what type of cage i want but i have a whole wood working shop to work with if need be give me some idedas or blue prints or soemthing. i dont want to spend to much because my colt is taking most of my money at the moment. The are not 100% littered trained because most of the males life he was unfixed and the female is still not. So i do need to put something down that is easy to clean and deodorize.

Is the male neutered right now?

I would build a NIC cage and make a chloroplast base. You can search "NIC" on this forum. There is a thread in the photo files section :D.

You can do this all under $50, easily.

its no where near finished stil has no floors and no pads and no ramps but its partially done. 1/2 is 3 storys high and 1/2 is 2 storys high

does it look big enough for 2?

It looks big enough to me.

Remember to reinforce your shelfs with zip-ties and wooden rods.

Bunnies really jump around and can easily knock those shelfs down.

As far as I understand it the female is not fixed? Is that right?

my bunnies slipped on the tile and wood so i put down mats (kinda like yoga mats) i LOVE them if the bunnies have a accident i just take a vacuum and its all gone. its so easy to clean. and they dont seem to chew on it but i use like 3 packets of zip ties to hold the edges down

the black thing in the bottom is like a tray i built and spray painted it. it has wheels on it so i can mop it. Is there anything i should change?
