I am so sick of election years, the stupid commercials, the empty promises, the verbal attacks of one canidate on another! and thats just in their own political parties!

I am so glad for satellite tv, satellite radio, dvd's and my bunnies, I can usually avoid watching or hearing any campaign ads until late in the election when it seems the ads are everywhere!

I wish I could vote for more than one! On your poll that is.

Man I hate politics. Although I do have a Hillary catnip toy, I just couldn't resist it. Lily loves gnawing on her head!:p

It's really funny you mention this. I was just thinking last night as I watched Hillary and Obama going on and on about he says she says - we haven't discussed this on the rabbit board!

I think it's important to vote, but the constant b/s on the television is ridiculous!

I wonder if by the time the election rolls around, people aren't so sick of the candidates they just don't go vote?!

I am always tempted not to vote because I am tired of all the rhetoric, but I personally believe, that if you (people in general)don't vote, don't complain or cheer to me about the person in office, if you (people in general) did vote complain or cheerall you want becauseyou participated.

I think my bunnies have more on the ball then most politicians! ,but then again so do most rocks.:humour:

I agree! Voting is a precious right many nations don't have.

As for candidates, may I suggest a write-in vote for Dr. Melody Frankenbunny of the Lagomorph Liberation Party? She takes campaign contributions in cash or craisins.

You know, this year, I might just write her in!

I'm very excited for the honor to cast my vote in the Pennsylvania primary election next Tuesday!

Politics are always a hot topic at our dinner table. :USA:

I can't stand the commercials but don't mind the commentary. I'm an NPR junkie and I rarely get tired of the discussion, but when I do I just switch to a music channel where the heaviest news is about what celeb is pregnant and they give it all to you in 30 seconds:)

Ya'll just have to listen to the TV and optional of reading the papers etc.

Just imagine what it's like for those who work with this stuff.

Happily enough, we don't have a TV so don't have to watch all the election stuff! It's really quite peaceful :biggrin2:

I watch TV occasionally, but Alaska isn't really getting very many campaign commercials that I've seen - admittedly when I watch TV I'm watching stupid kid stuff :por crime shows.

I'm kind of excited because this is the first time I get to vote, I'm finally old enough :biggrin2:

I have to say this song reminds me why I love politics. It reminds me why I am PROUD to be an american. Why I cherish my right speak my mind,to be who I am, who I want to be and who I can be.
