From everything that i can tell you're doing just fine. I wouldn't clean the next out for at least a week, I usually wait until their eyes are open to strip the next clean and then put new stuff in my boxes but that was how i was taught.

THe babies will dig around in some, it's their only way to get around and get comfy. Mine like to dig around on each other while they're in a big pile. Momma probably will look and watch from a distance check to make sure the babies are still all there once your done. Nerveous mom's will do that more often than relaxed mom's that konw you better. Just kep a watch on the small one, it could be a runt and if he's not getting any food, or not enough he could die.

i didn't change the hay at all, used the same stuff they were in just rearranged a bit to make them more comfy, is that ok?

i'm ultra paranoid about her not nursing... how common is it for a mother not to nurse?
i read it often happens to unprepared or young mothers but Jemima was incredibly prepared, spent hours making a little nest and ripping out fur before she gave birth...

hey guys, they look fed to me, what do you think? his belly is very ping pong ish haha <3

this might be a silly question but is there any way to tell the breed by looking at the pictures i posted? i know the mum is a mini lop but no idea what the papa is

most definitely not, not yet anyway. Maybe once the babies get older and start showing their actual characteristics we will be able to hep you with breed ID. :)

also from what it looks like, there seems to be one completely pink rabbit, one charlie, one solid black/chocolate/brown/somethingverydark, and one broken.
can i assume the father is a broken? (jemima is a broken)

is it possible to have a completely white rabbit with two broken parents or is it just a really really white looking charlie?

and mumma rabbits eyes don't look like normal brown rabbit eyes. they are very dark but there is definately a slight reddish tint to them...

gosh what beautiful litters! i absolutely LOVE dutchies, for some reason they remind me of bull terriers and the kittens look especially like bull terriers

haha i think its just cause i had a bull terrier with those markings as a kid.

also silly question but do velveteen lops have lop ears with rex fur? or is that just wishful thinking on my part ? :p

The creating of the velveteen lops is English lops and mini rexes. They are a super sweet and wonderful breed, if only they had passed final showing this year . . .
Doesn't mean I won't keep them though
