I took my rabbit to stay with my mum while I was away. He escaped his pen and chewed into the bag of food. Now we have him home his poops are soft and watery. He's running and eating as normal. Is it because he ate too many nuggets? I brought them from pets at home.

Take the pellets away for a day or so and get him just eating hay. It should clear up.
Yes too many pellets can cause loose stool.
If its true water liquid diarrhea then thats a vet emergency.
