Well everyone.
Today's the day its my sister's bday (2nd November) and im cooking for her breakfast lunch and dinner.

Breakfats was done but i didnt take a photo i cooked her mouse traps yumm!

and for lunch i am cooking her home made calzone ( with extra cheese!)

and for dinner Soft tacos

with meringue with whipped cream and chocolate sauce acompani-ing (sp) the birthday cake.

I'll try to remeber to take photos.

NothernAUtunm: Mouse traps are practically toast with grated cheese, choped salami egg and chutney put on a slice of toast bread then put into the oven so... wait thats confusing here's the ingredients and intrusctions.

Ingredients

it says
25g cheese
1Tbls egg
1 slice toast bread
1 slice of salami
1t chutney

Instructions

it says:
turn the oven function to grill and temperature of 200*C
Toast one side of the bread
grate the cheese, chop the salami into small pieces
Miz salami cheese, egg and chutney into a bowl
spread the topping on the untosted side of the bread
grill until well browned.



and this is my calzone atm...

its in the bowl which has been put in a sink of hot water growing :biggrin2:
