They are the sweetest things! The black one is a nipper, so we'll work on that as he/she gets older.. the 2 gray ones are lazy!!!

SO cute! This all reminds me of our last litter. The little ones started escaping the nesting box on day 3!! I had at least one out every day after that. We were always putting them back.

Anyway, our doe fed at 10:30 every night. We could set the clock by her. The kits made this hilarious grunting noise while eating and the whole process lasted about 5 minutes. We'd watch as they all turned upside down under her while she just stood there looking irritated. LOL

^They try to steal a quick gulp from her now and then but I havent seen her nurse them since they were 2 weeks old. So I guess she got tired of me staring at her LOL

A couple of years ago I had babies that were out of the nest box at the age of 1-2 days. I could not keep that baby in the nest box ever. (It happened to be a tri-colored mini rex). I always removed the nest box when the babies turned 2 weeks. Have yours gone through the peeing stage yet? Most of my litters would go through a stage where when you picked them up they would pee on you. There is also an age (only lasts about a day or two) where they look exactly like baby puppies. (very cute). I always found it frustrating when I would try to take pictures of the whole litter for my website, and they would be everywhere. I soooooo miss having baby rabbits.
