Tattoo Design Complete!

So my friend finished her tattoo design for Lucy! Here's the pic she used as a reference! (I just gave her access to my gallery and she picked one of my favourites!

And here's the final design!

Comments? Thoughts?

I really like it! I love how she was able to "tribalize" your girl! Very cool!

The only thing I would have her maybe revise is the area behind her ear. It looks neat, but it doesn't quite "flow" with the rest of the design. I think it's because the lines end at a horizontal point vs. a vertical one (like most of the other lines end in a vertical/diagonal position).

(I hope that makes sense, I'm trying to write this in the most respectful way! I really do like the tattoo, just trying to help! h34r2) I hope that doesn't come off mean... (Not good at typing stuff sometimes!)

Would you be able to draw what you mean? It doesn't have to look good, even if it's really really really crappy and rough.

i like it but agree with the area behind the ears, if it could be done differently. but other then that i do like it

Super nicee, although, I think she needs a tail , even if it's not there in the pic

What I meant was that the lines around the ear end pointing side-to-side. The other lines run up-down. The lines don't "flow". If your friend does art frequently, she should know what I'm talking about. I would draw it, but I don't have a way to get it on the computer right now. :grumpy:

keep it a plain line up not that circle thingy.

I agree that the thing behind the ears needs to be changed. Lol. Sorry. Make ita swirl to match the the one on the belly, take the teeth things out.

Other than that it looks GREAT!

I like it! I agree about the "teeth" part.. that's what caught my eye when I first saw it, and I instantly thought of Jaws.. hehe! I think if she were to smooth out the "toothyness" it would be awesome!

What is the bit behind the ears anyway? It instantly jumped out at me. And I agree with the tail thing too. Other than that though it's a fantastic tattoo! I really like it! Congrats!

I think it was just Lucy's "neck fluff". The way it was drawn just happened to look like teeth.

I hope we didn't discourage you from getting the tattoo! It really is a cool idea!

No! Not at all! I'll hopefully be getting it next year on my back. I'd love it on my shoulder but that's apparently the most painful place.
