Storm has been sneezing the past few day nothing major just 2 times a day or so.

Does he need a vet visit or should I watch him eating normally normal poos. Nothng else out of the norm his ears dont seem to hot My avitar picture was taken yesterday so if you need to his face there it is LOL.

Thanks in Advnce

Thats where it hard for me cause to me it has looked like he haas had discharge from day one but the vet keeps saying he is ok.

Its the fur under his nose above his mouth that looks wet sometimes I toch it and its fine sometimes its wet. Like now its fine.

He does drink out of a crock not bottle could his nose be getting wet from that at all.

He has been cheezing sense we biult the new cage but only 2 to 3 times a day husband does not even hear it but with 2 ogs and a rabbit and fosters coming and going all the time. I am always on the look out for sickness. Cause I have all meds at home do to being a vet tech but I did not learn anything about rabbits in school.

Yes the nose being vet from his bowl could be it. I know my old girl seems to stick her whole face in the bowl and her nose comes out wet.

I sagest you keep an eye on him. If you start to see the discharge more and more offten then I would take him in. Also watch his breathing. If it is a URI you will need to start treatment soon.

I hope it's nothing.

Wabbits is right (and rightfully so! she's going through something like this right now). He may be getting some water in his nose while drinking and he sneezes it out--or the crock could be the source of just the wet nose and he's sneezing for no particular reason. Just keep an eye on it, especially for non-clear stuff on the nose (yellow or green mucus). One day we were about to leave for vacation, and Tony started sneezing and had a wet mucusy nose. I took him to the vet the next day and there was nothing she could do because the mucus had cleared up. So, no reason to take him in unless there's quite a bit of mucus. But if there is mucus, you do need to catch it early. They need enough mucus to swab and put on a petri dish to see what kind of bacteria it is.

Maybe his hay is dustier than normal? You could also try a water bottle if that's better--some bunnies with flat noses get water in their noses when they drink from bowls.

We had a problem with him drinking from a water bottle hnot getting enough water. the water bottle was fine he just did not drink enough.

I iwll watch listen to his lungs earlier they sound clear. Breathing ok. I will keep yall updated. I need to fine a new vet I dont like this one that much anyway. He is the only exotic vet on the island I might have to go to houston for a good vet for him.

AsI recall you have been treating him for awhile ...

lst for 1 week and then it returned again and the 2nd time for several weeks
Am i right ? I didn't go back to check the thread

If that is so I would find a new vet and this time make really sure that he knows rabbits. many rabbits need to be on an antibiotic for lengthy periods of time with STRONG meds to get rid of a URI

No he has not been sneezing he had problems with his nueter. We treated for that.

And stasis. but not sneezing

I wanted to update this the wet nose sometimes is still a issie but the sneezing has stopped. I think he only sneezed a couple more times sense this thread so I think it was just a fluke.
