Yeah it was like that for me also but it'll be worth it! Its only $35USD, not too bad!

I bought one without the grids locally for $18 AUD, and this is only costing me $28 AUD each, so for $10 more i get a grid so i dont see it as being too bad!

You can also use grids that are made to go on fluorescent lights, found in the hardware/home improvement store. I haven't done this myself.
