Sore hock?

The first sore is at her hind foot then recently her front foot started to lose it's fur. I bandaged her hind foot to prevent it from getting worsebut I don't know what to do with her front foot? All of her sores aren't that serious, it's just hairless. I don't understand why or how she got sore hocks. Her litter box is dry and on smooth surface. And as you can see, my room floor is tiled.

So what should I do??

Could just be pressure sores, however, fungal infection is a possibility.
