I just HAVE to update everyone on what happened. On Friday, UPS showed up at my door with a big white box. Inside the box is the Coach training program....it has 2 binders of information - one is the class materials and one is the resource material for reference. Then there were 10 audio cds - five of which are the "classes/lectures" and five of which are sample coach session where you get to hear an actual coach work with someone and the first one I listened to made me go "yes...this is what I'm wanting..".

Then there is a CD which has more information on it - the courseware so you can read the manual on your computer plus more resource forms and links and stuff.

I'm really excited to have it and I've already started working on the first lesson....so I'm pretty stoked!
