I agree, sounds like a URI that needs antibiotics. The wetness on the inside of the paws is definitely related. Typically we say that the bacteria that cause URIs are always present in a rabbit, but a stressful situation allows them to grow into an active infection, contrary to the belief that URIs are highly contaigous. However, other bunnies seeing and dealing with a sick bunny in their presence can be stressful and could account for the URIs "spreading" throughout a barn. It may have started with a viral infection, like Sheila said, but by now I would think the bacteria are the main issue and the viral infection may even have worked its way out.
