I literally had a baby bunny handed to me this morning and have no clue what to do. I thought I'd sign up here and get some advice. Just making the obligatory intro post before I hit the main forums! :)

Oh, and nice to meet you all!

Hi there, and welcome! :biggrin2:

Do you know how old the rabbit is? Baby bunnies under a certain age can't eat certain fruits and veggies as it is too hard on their sentivie digestive tracks.

Young rabbits require alfalfa pellets, and alfalfa hay... you can usually switch them over to timothy pellets at about 7 months old, and timothy hay when they're a bit older. Hay is important for a rabbit, I usually give my guys unlimited hay.

This is a great forum to learn about rabbits!

I just checked out your other thread; that is definitely a wild bunny and should be returned to the wild. It is the best thing for him, truly. You got a lot of good advice on that thread.

If for some reason you can't find where he came from, please get the little one to a wildlife rehabilitator. I don't know where you live, but here is a link to find one in your area:

If you have found that you would really like a bunny, let this one go back to the wild and think about adopting one. Then you get to save 2 bunnies, and it is better for both of them.
