So Blossom Almost Burnt The House Down

Well I always remember to hide all the wires in the playroom. Well my husband plugged in the heater for my daughter last night and forgot to unplug it. Well I woke up this morning and noticed the leg on my daughters table was black and then the wire to the heater was hanging down and there was about 3 inches of black on the wire and it was bitten through!! OMG!! Poor bunny could of been killed and the house could of caught fire. Someone was watching over all of us. boy is my husband in trouble when he gets up!!

OH NO! Blossommmmmm... LOL Ripley (my bunny) loves to chew. There are always cords hanging down from the computer desk here and he's walked up and nibbled two already. Lcuky they were just like head phones-nothing that shocked him or anything. But I worry he'll chew something important and get himself shocked..

We have a guinea pig who did that once; his whiskers curled! Luckily he was fine, though he did look ridiculous for a bit!

What a cute pic. Handsome bunny. So glad everything worked out. They are chewers. Wires just seem to attract them. I don't know whether it's the field of electricity, texture or just the smell. But they do investigate wires.

Glad bunny and everyone else is safe.

Heck, after a night like that, I'd need a cig butt too. lol
