A while back I actually did auction off a quilt for a bunny rescue. We held an online auction where the bidders posted there bids in the auction thread. The quilt sold for $295.

I am considering auctioning off the bunny quilt, haven't quite decided yet. I would hold an auction rather than a raffle, because a raffle could be construed asgambling. I do want to get it into at least one competition before I do. I'm certain I can get at least a division win, if not best of show out of this one.

Thanks everyone for your compliments!

Cheryl: I'm glad your furminator made it there so quickly. I was worried it would be held up in customs. I figured they would be curious as to whata furminator was.

Patti your quilts are beautiful!!!!!!!!!!

I am jealous, i bought a book on quilting but i think i am missing a few brain cells i need to "get it" lol

Hey Patti...I picked up the furminator yesterday....I have to say it wasn't what i was expecting...but then i didn't know what i was expecting anyway lol.

I went home and eyed the bunnies...looking for the first victim lol....i picked Charlie because she is the fluffiest bunny...and i must say that it works pretty good...except for miss bunny who was walking all around the tablewhile i'm trying to follow her with the brush lol....it's much better than my old brush though...with the furminator though i like how it has a bit of weight in the handle...i was actually kinda scared i was going to hurt Charlie at first lol.

Oh and Patti...thankyou for that little bunny pin...i just love it!

and thankyou again:hugsquish:

And the bunnies say thankyou so very much as well

Everybun is welcome! I'm glad that the package from the US got there so quickly and was enjoyed by all.

I was a bit apprehensive using the furminator at first; but, you quickly gain confidence.
